Having completed the requirements set forth by the Blair School of Music to earn a degree of Bachelor of Music in Composition, with concentrations in Conducting and Music Theory, Carlos Meyers will graduate from Vanderbilt University on May 13, 2022. Graduation ceremonies will be held at Vanderbilt University’s football stadium.

In the coming fall, Carlos go on to study at the Peabody Institute in Baltimore, MD, pursuing a Master of Music degree under the mentorship of Dr. Kevin Puts.

Carlos would like to offer a heartfelt thanks to the the people around him who all supported him and contributed to an endless array of fond memories, most notably: professors Dr. Michael Slayton, Dr. Stan Link, and Dr. Michael Alec Rose, as well as his loving family (Dad, Mom, Nora, and Paul), close friends (Olivia, Isaac, Carol, Ben), and feline companion Gustav.
